Swedish Massage or Thai Massage

At Sana Sana I offer an exceptional relaxation experience, involving long, soft, kneading strokes to release tension from the deepest layers of your muscles. Perfect for stress relief and improving circulation.

Thai Massage-During a Thai massage session, you will lay on a comfortable mat on the floor while I use my hands, feet, and elbows to apply pressure to specific points on your body. I may also use stretching and joint mobilization techniques to increase flexibility and promote relaxation.

Reiki, Chakra Alignment, Trance work/soul retrievals

During a Reiki session, you would lay down fully clothed while I place my hands on your body in a series of hand positions. I then channel energy through my hands to you, with the intention of promoting healing, relaxation, and a sense of well-being. 

Chakra alignment includes working with specific crystals laid on or near your body while laying on a table. I also use sound bowls and other tools to get you into a relaxed state.

Trance work and soul retrievals involve putting you into a relaxed state on the massage table and guiding you through releasing any blockages, and/or to discover your inner child in order to promote healing of your soul.

  • Home cleansing $50, if your home is more than 20 minutes away from Salem, I charge an additional $10 traveling fee.

  • Healing circles can be arranged for up to 10 people-cost is $15 per person

Limpias/Energetic cleansings

I provide holistic healing with traditional practices native to my indigenous roots. I use eggs, herbs, drums, rattles and other tools to provide an energetic cleansing of your spirit. These are tailored for your specific needs.

I am able to add this service with massage, reiki, or chakra alignments. I also provide home cleansings as well if you feel your home has stagnant energy that needs to be released.
