Swedish Massage or Thai Massage

At Sana Sana I offer an exceptional relaxation experience, involving long, soft, kneading strokes to release tension from the deepest layers of your muscles. Perfect for stress relief and improving circulation.

Thai Massage-During a Thai massage session, the recipient lies on a comfortable mat on the floor while the therapist uses their hands, feet, and elbows to apply pressure to specific points on the body. The therapist may also use stretching and joint mobilization techniques to increase flexibility and promote relaxation.

  • $80 for one hour relaxation session

  • $120 for one and half hour's relaxation session

  • $95 for one hour Thai massage

Reiki or Chakra Alignment

During a Reiki session, the recipient typically lies down fully clothed while the practitioner places their hands on or near the recipient's body in a series of hand positions. The practitioner then channels energy through their hands to the recipient, with the intention of promoting healing, relaxation, and a sense of well-being.

Chakra alignment techniques can include meditation, visualization, breathing exercises, yoga, and other holistic practices. By working to release any blockages or imbalances in the chakras, practitioners can promote greater vitality, balance, and overall wellness.

  • Reiki $40 for 30 minutes or $55 for 45 minutes

Limpias/Energetic cleansings

I provide holistic healing with traditional practices native to my indigenous roots. I use eggs, herbs, drums, rattles and other tools to provide an energetic cleansing of your spirit. These are tailored for your specific needs.

I am able to add this service with massage, reiki, or chakra alignments. I also provide home cleansings as well if you feel your home has stagnant energy that needs to be released. 

  • Limpias/energetic cleansing $45

  • Home cleansing $50, if your home is more than 20 minutes away from Salem, I charge an additional $10 traveling fee.

  • Healing circles can be arranged for up to 10 people-cost is $50

  • Personal mentorship $30 for 30 minutes
